Who we are
BiriyaniKing is a Hyderabadi dum biriyani brand running its own kitchens across 4 cities. Every outlet is run to the same recipe, the same spice house and the same standard, whether you are eating in, collecting or ordering to your door.
What we do
Rice and meat go into the handi together with whole spices. The lid is sealed, the pot goes on dum, and it is not opened again until it reaches you — sealed in the handi, opened at your table.
See the full menuWhy us
Biriyani is not a hard thing to sell and it is a hard thing to get right twice. What follows is what we do differently, and every line of it is something you can check on the menu or in a kitchen.
- Sealed in the handi The lid goes on before the dum and comes off at your table, not in the kitchen.
- Seeraga Samba, not basmati The short, fragrant rice a southern biriyani is built on.
- A size for one, or for five Regular, Large and Extra Large, priced and weighed for the table you are feeding.
- Our own kitchens One recipe and one spice house in every city, not a licence to cook however you like.
- Stock checked per outlet The kitchen you are ordering from is asked before the order is taken, not after.
Franchise
Partner with us
Before anyone signs anything there is a paid tasting at a real outlet, so you eat the food and see the kitchen first. The franchise page explains how the commercial side works, including the brand commission.
